Job responsibilities:
1. Hardware design and development
*Complete the hardware system design according to project requirements, including schematic design, PCB layout and wiring.
*Select appropriate components and conduct performance evaluation.
2. Debugging and testing
*Responsible for debugging and testing hardware circuits to ensure their functionality and performance meet design requirements.
*Resolve technical issues during hardware development and optimize circuit design.
3. Technical support and collaboration
*Assist embedded software engineers in completing software and hardware integration debugging.
*Provide production technical support and solve hardware problems encountered during the production process.
4. Document writing
*Write hardware design related documents, such as schematic diagrams, BOM lists, test reports, etc.
*Develop hardware design specifications and technical standards.
5. Product validation and optimization
*Participate in the production, testing, and validation of product prototypes.
*Optimize and improve hardware products to enhance reliability, stability, and performance.
6. EMC/EMI design
*Ensure that hardware design meets the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
*Conduct relevant testing and rectification.
7. Supply chain support
*Assist the procurement department in selecting suitable suppliers to ensure the quality and cost control of components.
*Follow up on the mass production process of hardware products and address any potential issues that may arise.
8. Research on New Technologies
*Track the latest technological trends in the hardware field, learn and apply them to practical projects.
Job requirements:
*Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, communication engineering, automation or related majors.
*Solid basic knowledge of analog circuits and digital circuits.
*Familiar with the characteristics and applications of commonly used electronic components.
*Understand knowledge of power management, signal integrity, and power integrity (SI/PI).
*Proficient in using EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, PADS, etc. for schematic and PCB design.
*Proficient in operating testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc.
*Familiar with hardware development process, including requirement analysis, scheme design, prototype production, testing and verification, etc.
*Having a certain level of hands-on ability, able to independently complete circuit soldering and debugging.
*More than 3 years of hardware development experience, with the ability to independently manage projects.
*Familiar with mainstream processor architectures (such as ARM, MIPS, etc.) and related peripheral interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, etc.).
*Mastering RF circuit design, power supply design, and high-speed signal design is preferred.
*Familiar with EMC/EMI design specifications and testing methods.
*Familiar with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, etc.
