Gas turbine flowmeters are mainly used for measuring the flow rate of natural gas, air, nitrogen and other medium fluids in industrial pipelines. When measuring the volumetric flow rate under working conditions, they are almost unaffected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature, and viscosity. High reliability, low maintenance, and can operate within the working temperature range of -10 ℃ to+100 ℃.
High accuracy: accuracy level is 1.0% -1.5%;
Good repeatability: generally up to 0.05%~0.2%. Due to its good repeatability, it can achieve extremely high accuracy through calibration or online calibration, making it one of the preferred flowmeters in trade settlement;
Wide range: Generally, the medium to large caliber can reach 20:1 or above, while the small caliber can reach 10:1, and the initial flow rate is also low;
Low pressure loss: generally between 0.1 and 2.5KPa under normal pressure;
Compact structure, lightweight volume, convenient installation and use, and large circulation capacity;
Multiple display methods can be used, including only a mechanical counter or a regular flow totalizer. A temperature and pressure compensation instrument can also be added to the mechanical counter, or only a temperature and pressure compensation instrument can be used. It can also be powered by lithium batteries for a long time, making it convenient to use;
Due to the general use of pulse frequency signal output, it is suitable for total quantity measurement and connection with computers, without zero drift, and has strong anti-interference ability.
